Thank you for visiting and shopping at CLO2-GO. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Destinations We proudly offer Worldwide Shipping. No matter where you are located, we are committed to delivering our products to your doorstep.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order quantity.

 

  • Standard Worldwide Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 - 12 business days.

     

  • Free Shipping Promotion: We offer Free Shipping on all orders containing 6 or more items.

     

  • Orders under 6 items: Shipping rates will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and parcel weight.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing or severe weather.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes: [CLO2-GO] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
